This newly built one-bedroom villa is located on the quieter part of Praslin island only 15mins by plane from the international airport on Mahe island. Ideal honeymooners and couples getaway to relax in absolute privacy right on a secluded white sandy beach only a few steps from the veranda. The villa is surrounded by beautiful beaches. Praslin is perfect for island hopping. Close proximity to the airport, local shops as well as reasonably priced restaurants. An 18-hole golf course is a next door
The space
The villa offers self-catering facility with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious en-suite bedroom with king size double bed, FREE WiFi, cable TV and a private veranda with sea view.
It’s the perfect place to relax with your loved one, surrounded by the natural beauty of the beach and the sea which is at your door step.
Here you can enjoy the feeling of the sea breeze and listen to the sound of waves rolling while you sun bath or watch the sun setting, snorkel and fish right off our beach and watch sea turtle laying eggs between November and January.
Or you can spend your day playing golf next door at a private 18-hole golf course or use our free Wi-Fi on the beach to upload your holiday photo to show off to your work mates and family back home.
There are only three villas on the estate of which we live in one of them
Two of the villas are beachfront with private beach area and with their own sun lounges.

Other things to note
As you notice we don’t have many reviews yet. We only started to take guest in July 2017. The villas are newly built and construction finished end of June 2017.
We expect guests to treat the villa with respect. This mean no smoking inside but it’s fine on the front veranda or exterior spaces. Please be considerate and switch off air-conditions, fans and interior lights when not in use. Minimize use of the water as the dry monsoon last for six months.

Absolutely lovely place
We couldn't have asked for a better host in Praslin. Our apartment had its own beach where we came to watch the sunset every evening and relax. The place was spotless clean and had all the necessary amenities for cooking, etc. Bert was extremely helpful, he provided tons of tips and cleaned our room every day. He even lent us a life jacket since I am not a skilled swimmer :) Thanks Bert (and Danielle from afar)!
A Great Stay
We had a great stay at Bet's place. Very tranquil and we were all alone on the beach each day. Bert also helped us out with any enquiry that we had. Fully equipped and very recently built resulting in everything being very clean and inviting. It was also included daily cleaning and bi-daily sheetexchange which we didn't think about when booking.
We'll defenetly come back
If you look for the perfect hideaway then this is your go to! You look at the beautiful sea of the seychelles and you are in the perfect position for a romantic vacation. No noisy tourists. No disturbing big street. You just hear the waves of the indian ocean. The Chalet was big, new and very clean. It has all you need. Bert was very helpful and recomended us lots of thing to see. We'll defenetly come back!
